反向营销创奇绩

反向营销,是相对传统营销而言。传统营销,靠的是厂商的推力,怎样让顾客多购买;反向营销,则是反其道而行之,站在顾客的角度,用合适的产品,合适的价位,合适的数量,让顾客明明白白消费,以此取得顾客信赖,*终形成营销的拉力,从而促使可持续消费的营销行为。
反向营销的关键点有三:
一是换位思考,一切以顾客为中心,从顾客的角度设计与开展营销活动。
二是信息公开、透明。营销,通常是借助信息错位,而获取差价的行为,但反向营销,则尽可能地与顾客互通信息,甚至共享信息。
三是与传统商业把追逐利润放在首位不同,反向营销则把给顾客提供更多价值与“薄利多销”作为经营理念,通过规模效应,摊薄成本,讲究长远、健康发展。
Reverse marketing is relative to traditional marketing. Traditional marketing relies on the push of manufacturers to make customers buy more; Reverse marketing is to do the opposite. From the customer's point of view, use the right products, the right price, and the right quantity to make customers consume freely, so as to gain customer trust. Finally, it will form a marketing pull to promote sustainable consumption.
There are three key points of reverse marketing: first, empathy, customer centered, and designing and developing marketing activities from the perspective of customers. Second, information is open and transparent. Marketing usually obtains price difference by means of information dislocation, but reverse marketing tries to exchange information with customers as much as possible, or even share information. Third, unlike traditional businesses, which put the pursuit of profits first, reverse marketing takes providing customers with more value and "small profits but quick turnover" as its business philosophy. Through scale effect, it dilutes costs and stresses long-term and healthy development.
